Welcome to this portal. Kindly refer point N0. 7 of decision of Central Information Commission [cic]dated 20-03-2008- Roshanlal v/s Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan. It is available on website of CIC. U can accordingly seek details of property of govt officers under RTI

What do you mean shall I? Do you need that information? Does it serve some greater public good or are you simply wanting to file an RTI application because the law empowers you to do so? Sir, with utmost respect I must discourage you from filing an RTI application if it is to serve no purpose to you or the public. |
