suggestion needed: questions and content
1.Please inform me the Name, Designation, Address, Office Telephone number & Mobile No. of the Officer of the B.S.N.L. Gorakhpur, who is responsible for the administration(attendance of employees posted in G.M. office and other offices too, hygienic environment, after attendance employees sitting in their chair or not e.g.) of G.M.office and other offices in city.
2.How often he/she inspects G.M. office & visits other offices located in city for surprise checking and with what frequency?
3.Please provide me the certified copy of the inspection report made by the officer after the last inspection (of G.M. office & other offices).
4.Please provide following details related to Prepaid Mobile Services:
a)When B.S.N.L. changed the rates (from 1 Rs. To 1.5 Rs per SMS) of Server messages (2622,6388,7272 i.e.). What are the rates now if changed from 1.5 Rs.?
b)When B.S.N.L. changed the rates of Excel Power Plan (from 10 paise per minute to 20 paise per minute).
c)When B.S.N.L. changed the rates of STD messages (from 1 Rs. to 1.2 Rs).
d)When B.S.N.L. changed the rates of local SMS (from 60 paise to 80 Rs per SMS).
e)Kindly provide the attested copies of proposal letters by which these above mentioned (all four) changes were proposed and copies of approval letter which these(all four) were approved
f)Since when these changes have been implemented ? Kindly give the description of these changes along with dates
g)Kindly provide attested copies of newspapers cuttings through which subscribers/customers were informed or notice was given before implementing these changes(all four).
h) If subscribers were not informed in advance then how these changes came into effect?

To a layman like me your queries at Serial no. 4(a) to (d) appears to be not very clear. What exactly do you want to know is not understandable to a layman like me. May be the Deptt , familiar with the matter, would be in a position to understand. I am not sure. If you can reword it and make it clear that would help you. Reg your queries at 1,2and 3 I dont think you will get an answer that may meet your requirements.

Dear taurus Sir,
Kindly suggest changes so i couid get the required information. Employees come to office(GM office) timely but after making attendence they disappear so i need information that who moniters that person is in his/her seat or not, same scene in other offices too.
Que.4 all parts these changes came into effect without prior notice/information to subscriber.
server sms (52622,58888,e.g.) rs 1 to rs.1.5 now rs 2/sms
local sms 60 paise to 80 paise/sms
std sms rs 1 to rs 1.2/sms
excel power plan 10 paise/minute to 20 paise/minute (a facility given by bsnl to subscribers under which subscriber can register two bsnl no.s of same circle and charges 10 paise per minute)

Instead of "when" in those points just ask:

"Please inform me the exact date from which the charges for.............were changed from..................to.............along with certified copy of any notice or circular issued to subscribers, if any"

1. Kindly let me know the name, designation and contact information of the supervising officers of the BSNL Gorakhpur office tasked with the following functionalities:-
.............a. Monitoring and enforcing attendance of employees.
.............b. Ensuring the maintenance of office environment and monitoring duties such as cleaning.

2. Kindly let me know the name, designation and contact information of the supervising officer who is empowered with the duty of marking absconding officers as absent in the event of them not being present on their chair or not tending to their assigned duties.

3. In reference to above question, kindly provide me with a list of cases where the said officer has exercised his/her power to take action against employees for non-performance of duty or being unofficially absent.

4. In reference to the above question, kindly provide me a copy of the action taken report or the charge-sheet, which ever may be applicable.

5. In reference to question no. 2, kindly let me know as to how frequently is the said officer supposed to conduct surprise/routine inspections regarding the same.

6. Kindly provide me a photocopy of the last five inspection reports and inspection logbook entries.

Regarding the rest of your queries, I don’t think that the said information might serve you any purpose. There are set protocols and guidelines which are followed in this regard. It is highly unlikely that these protocols or guidelines were not complied with. Thus the requested information would serve you no purpose as far as I can see. By the way, I am personally very impressed with the way BSNL handles its customers these days.
