Section 25 of the RTI Act, 2005 requires CIC and all SICs to publish Annual Report at the end of each year on the implementation of the provisions of the Act. I have not come across any such report even though more than 5 months are over since one year has elapsed. Does any member have any knowledge on this subject?       |

| Dear Narayanvarma, Times of India had reported in January this year that the CIC was ready with the first ever annual report to be submitted to the govt. U/s 25 of the RTI Act the govt will have to table the report in the parliament. I think we will have the glimpse of the report, when the parliament gets convened and the hon'ble members permit it to function too. |
