dear sir, here i have a question to find out the existing procedures regarding the gazette notification given to the government officers as they appointed. like all central government offices indian defence also considered to be a central govt service and grade also framed/laid down. 1. it is claimed that all the Group A pay scale people are class-I gazetted officers and their notification indicating their govt status.As per existing norms is defence personnel both PBOR and Officers cadre have any classifications.if yes can i get the classification. 2. on commissioning every defence officer/JCOs gets a presidents commission letter signed by the president himself indicating that a gazette notification shall be made in indian gazette.However such notification if issued to served to the individual as a copy to information.is getting a copy of such notification existing in all India services. (a) if yes why don't indian armed forces personnel don't get such a notification. (b) is there any office of indian govt where one can obtain a copy of such letter . kindly help me out regarding the procedure regards rajalingam nagappan Last edited by rajali1910; 08-15-2008 at 02:17 PM.
