After having studied many of the CIC decisions and having made a few second appeals myself, I'm of the view that one's second appeal really sets the mood of the presiding IC. It would be wonderful if people who have been through their seconds appeal and been able to get the information from the CPIO put up their second appeals on the forum for all of us to see. It would not only provide much needed guidance about formatting your second appeals, but also a deeper insight! The poster may please put up a copy of the second appeal and the complete decision obtained.

This is a nice suggestion and I endorse the same. This will sharpen our skill to succeed at second appeal.

Almost in every occasion, FAA had supported the SPIO , whenever I attended the 1st appeal hearing . So the second appeal / complaint to the SIC was reqiured. And it is well known to all of us that the W B SIC is very soft towards the SICs . It was recenly came in the reporting of INDIAN EXPRESS also. So it is better to have copies of well written second appeals, with the help of which appellant was successful. So, I am also in favour of the proposal.
