our colony phase III shivalk nagar bhel haridwar uttarakhand is presently under no govenment body like nagar panchayat etc in uttarakhand. We got the plots throug Bharat Heay Electricals Grah Nirman Samit Hardwar in 1996 and these were developed by UP Awas & Vikas Parishad Lucknow. The maps were passed by UP Awas & Vikas Parishad Meerut Now basic problems of sewer, road etc is not addressed by any authority. We wish to know who is responsible for these maintainence / preventive work of colony. The colony has more than 1000 houses. How to know agency responsible and who to approach. Jyoti      |

Under RTI to Local municipal authority, ask for the name of official in charge who are responsible for the maintainence / preventive work of colony. |
