Transfer fees
Respected Sir,
I have bouth a house in Mahavir Nagar Area and have completed the registration process.
I have contacted the society for Transfer Fees, where they say the Transfer Fees would be 50,000.00, break-up of the same is 25,000.00 towards the Transfer Fees & 25,000.00 towards the Donation to the Society.
I would like to know as per the BI-LAWS of the "Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd", how much Transfer Fees are approved by Maharashtra Government and demand of Donation is as per the BI-LAWS of the Societ Act or its the Society's decision...?
I would request you to please let me have your reply.
