RTI Success for obtaining Copy of Plans from the Building Department, MCGM, Mumbai Hi,
My building is going under re-development. My Building is part of a co-op soc and the Office Bearers have not given copies to anyone.
I applied under RTI to the Executive Engineer, Building Proposals, Mumbai and got a reply after 30 days approx allowing inspection of the relevant file and thereafter was also provided copy of the required documents at cost of photocopying.
Certified copies were available at Rs.25/- per page and Rs.60/- per Plan.
