Hello,
If a property does not belongs to me but i am a tenant or a franchise in that property .. can i ask the municipal authorities to give me a copy of the sanction or site plan of such a property...

Any citizen has the right to information.Sponsorer
He can ask for any information which is held by the public authority and is not deniable under Sec 8 or 9 of the Act.
Sanctioned Building Plan is a public document and you will get a copy under RTI.
