I mean to say after 30+07=37 days is over, i have appeal to FAA, after the 10 to 20 days CPIO gives a reply with a letter dated (date is within time limit of 30 days RTI application). Thus CPIO get the benefit of Penalty levied on him by FAA or CIC's IC. Maximum Govt. Ministries and Departments are having Postal Franking Machine for stamping. CPIO also get the benefit of this machine by Franking the Envelope on this Postal Franking Machine (in 30 to 40 days of RTI application received by CPIO) which is to be sent to applicant. Also CPIO is having a reason of Postal delay etc. |
