Hi, I am Shamsher. With regarding EPF, I have my grievances. In 2004 i have resigned form an Org called CDF in AP, and since then the employer did not paid my PF amount. As I got an offer to work overseas, i left ffice in 2004. before leaving to overseas, i made several efforts to submitted my Application for withdrawal of my PF amount, even i have brought to the notice of the Vigilance of PF, but due to malicious intentions of the previous employer ,this matter is still pending even after 4years. As im very far away from the mother country, occasionally, I am sending reminders to the regional PF office in AP. Non of my mails were responded. Could any body help me out to get solve this problem?      |
