Hi My father in law says he spent 50 lakhs on my wedding (in a falsified 498a case). Can I use RTI to get a list of remittances into his Indian bank account from USA. If so, who should I address the RTI application (like PIO and the address). Any dos and donots on what (not) to ask in such RTI application. my parents live in andhrapradesh while I live in US. (I know he never filed IT returns; though I plan to file RTI for IT details). thx      |

In that case, can I complaint to FERA for voilations and then submit RTI to get the status of their enquiry. I have possible evidences which indicate money was sent to India without routing thru banks. |
