can we compell the SICs to upload their decisions on their websites ?

dear members, i am from uttar pradesh. the State Information Commission of Uttar Pradesh have their website as http://upsic.up.nic.in on their website they have uploaded only 18 of their decisions. my question is; can we compell the SIC U.P. to upload their each & every decisions on their website, as my right under RTI Act, 2005 ?      |

I suggest that you should file RTI application with SPIO of SIC, seeking reasons for not posting all or majority of its decisions on its website for the benefit of citizens of the state, specially when CIC, other state SICs, Supreme and High Courts, National Consumer Forum are following this practice. Some one has to bell the cat some day!
