I submitted an application for a correction in my PAN card more than a year ago. But havenot got the card. Want to file an RTI application. Need the form and to whom should I mail/post the form?      |

Welcome. U have to file application with CPIO of the office of Income Tax commissioner nearest to you. Pl refer my blogs at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...govt-info.html and also at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ding-govt.html. Pl enclose photocopies of earlier application for correction with RTI appln. U can get address of IT office by refering to telephone directory or visiting website of incometax dept.
