This with regards to my refund for the Assessment year 2005-06, which was delivered to me that was already expired. For that I had made several requests to my concerned ITO vide Ward i.e. 44(3), New Delhi, but no positive response is being received. In Feb 2008, even I had submitted indemnity Bond also but despite of that no initiative is being taken by the concerned authorities. Plz help me how can i get back my refund? Thanks      |
