Question: education loan

hello everyone,

My brother is apply for education loan for tourism management in SBI and treated me as a gardion and gurrenter. he complete all formality as per bank requirement.but after 15 days branch manger refuse to give him loan and coated that we can no except brother as a gurenter and gurdian if your parent is still alive.

pleas suggest me how i can move further?

Is it prescribe rule of bank that brother is not excepted as a gurente or gurdian if father or mother is alive?

Bank appears to be right. However, you can make your father/mother his natural guardian and U can be guarantor. U may try other banks also.
