hallo,
i send one rti

application to pension dept. for some information

. whats rule when pensioner's medical diary was in office of TO for renual and if pensioner need purchase of medicine. then how can he refund their purchasing medicine's coast. but i received letter from spio

that there is no complaint

against any TO. it means he read my letter as a complaint

letter. i send first appeal

. the appealiant authority only send a copy of recieving letter and do anything.
what can we do when spio

deal my rti

application as a complaint

letter and not send my any information

Such are some of the methods used by some of the PIOs to escape when caught on their inaction on RTI

application. In such cses, the PIO

and AA keep on pleading that they had considered it as a complaint

. Please stick to the RTI

line of approach with first appeal

and second appeal
