Kushalji, I feel it will be very ideal and informative, if a separate section is devoted for important case-laws on RTI. This will not only help as a source of ready reference for the various interpretations as decided by the CIC, but also help the serious members to plan their strategy on RTI applications. Besides, it is sure to increase the credibility of our portal. I am also aware that it involves a lot of hard work to accomplish this. Please give it a serious thought and do not hesitate to inform us if any input is required from our side. Regards, Ganpat      |

| I am all with Ganpat for this project. How about seperate forum for case laws with sub category and forums. We can allow posting of only case laws in those forums. All rest can be deleted. Last edited by maneesh; 04-08-2007 at 08:07 AM. |

| As of now there is a section of case law. But it is not category wise of subject specific. We can organise into separate categories & Forums. There only the judgment should be posted and no comments to be allowed. All comments may be truncated. It will require some moving of thread i am sure with moderators like Aparna we can easily manage that. |
