Chairman Problems
Dear Sir,
I am the Secretary of the Co-op. Hsg. Soc. but our Chairman taking unofficial meeting without intimating me as well as members. Can he have a power to take AGM without taking Comiitee Meeting or informing Secretary. Please Advise
