Hi all, i am staying in the building which is situtated in andheri east from last 20 years. now we are planning to go for the re-development. our society had lost our conveyance deed in heavy rain fall which was in july 2005. and the property card is also no on the name of the society. now, as we are going for the re-developement. we want our all documents shld be clear. can somebody please help me how can we change the name on property card ??, how can we convert agriculture land into non-agriculture land ??, from where we will get our conveyance deed. please help me out of this. regards. jeet     |
