Unanswered: judiciary and rti

can i see evidence on record of any criminal case.

in this particular case judgement has been delivered by the High Court, so can i access evidence on record . I am neither accused nor complainant in this case.

You can get the information under RTI from courts, however, it has to be seen in purview of invasion of privacy and if that serves the larger public interest under section 8 (1) (J)
