Success in getting my passport issued

Dear RTI users!
With the help of sample rti forms in this forum I was able to get my passport issued without unnecessary trips and harassment! Thanks to RTI and fellow members for helping me out!

Could you pleae mail me
xxx@yyy.zzz - Deleted email id - posting against forum rules or let me know where should I submit and how should pay fee once I have filled in RTI Application for my passport issue. I am struggling from past many months in getting my passport though the police enquiry got over several months back. It will be of great help if you can tell me how should I fill the RTI Application.

Dear Member

You can file RTI application with RPO to check the status of your passport.

You RTI application has to be as per Central Govt. RTI Rules & will be addressed to Central Public Information Officer (CPIO ).

RTI fee: Rs. 10 (IPO/D.D./B.C.) in favour of "ACCOUNTS OFFICER"
