I want to know from forest dept. the basis on which they have arrived at conclusion which land comes under forest (specifying CTS no.) since there are 100s of residents who claim that there houses are not in forest land. Further there was not boundary located before demolition. Please inform. Regards Sameer |

| dear sir 1. please ask the dfo of that division in which the area falls that, do they have 'ror' (record of rights) of that land? 2.have a photocopy of that & verify it with the "district land & land reform officer" 3.if the divisional forest office does not have the 'ror' they are not in possession of that land. and definitely you'll win in court. 4.you can also fill the form to get the copy of 'ror' with the help of rti. thanking you best wishes tapashda |
