Hi I have filed many RTIs to Delhi Police and found that Delhi Police is most reluctant and is trying to fail the RTI Act as it tries to find a way how the supply of information can be avoided and delayed. There tactis to delay the information is that they supply irrelevent information and it seems like they either has lack of qualified personals who can not interprete the questions asked. Delhi Police never pay any heed to the judgements of CIC that we supply along with our RTIApplications that must be considered as that says the information can not be denied. It seems that Delhi Police is above all and they are not bound by the decisions of any Court be it Supreme Court. Please express your views how to tackle this problem. Regards Vijay Naru |

Forget about paying heed to CIC judgements - Delhi Police PIO's (especially one Mr Hibu) does not even know what is the information put up on the internet by their own department free of charge.
