Unanswered: Need address of PIO for BBMP-Bangalore

Hi

I am from Bangalore Need to seek information from department -BBMP Which comes under state Govt

1. Which PIO address should I file application
2. I Need to know the duties of Health officer Health inspector, senior health inspector
3. who is responsible for garbage cleaning in the Ward No 94 -locality -Bangalore -Vinobha nagar - BBMP.
4. what fine is stipulated against the people who dump garbage on roads
5. How often the cleaning of the garbage is done , who is entrusted with this task.

After getting details , I can take legal action

I got fed up running around for last two months.

Nayudu,

Please also remember that your RTI application to BBMP Bangalore has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Karnataka.

Be careful, these were recently amended to restrict the RTI application to 150 words and only one subject matter - otherwise the application will be rejected.

Get in touch with various Local RTI Groups active in Bangalore. They can also guide you.

One of them is.

Thank you , you guys are great, I did read regarding Amendment to RTI Rules in Karnataka. but one subject matter , I really did,nt get it, does it mean related to one department or one issue

I sreached BBMP site , some of the listed PIO listed in Kannada , I can speak but can read, Can you anyone give the addresss of BBMP PIO
