Will the RTI applicable to Nationlised Banks in Relation to the indiviual Pension payment queries? Can anyone give detiled information regarding the subject/referral? In case R T I to be applied who will be the P I O of the Barnch? Arumugam545      |

arumugam, Can you please clarify the exact nature of your query ? Is it that you want to ask a Nationalised Bank about your pension account with that branch ? |

Normally brach manager is Central Assistant Public Information Officer. (dutybound to accept and acknowledge the application) You can address your application to: Pincipal Officer or Chairman (If you don't know the designation of the Central Public Informaion Officer) |

In many PSU banks, there is no system of CAPIO/APIO. Therefore, before you proceed with an RTI application please check up the website of the bank concerned as suggested by Sandeep Baheti.
