Need Help: PF Claim not yet received

Hi,
My name is Ankit Sharma and i was working in Hyderabad till May. Then after leaving the organisation i sent my PF claim in June and got the clarification from my Employer Company that they have submitted the application for Claim. And from that time i hav been coordinating with the employer and he says that i will receive the claim soon. and When i called the PF authority Hyderbad after many attempts they say that they have not received the application and the online status also tells the same statuts that the claim has not been received by the COmpany. and when i called in the Organistaion they say that it has been sent and i will receive the maount shortly but somehow it is taking lot of time and i do not know that whether the application has been submitted or not and when will i receive my claim status. The claim is realted to PF authority Hyderabad.

All you can do is to file a RTI Application with the PIO of the Hyderabad PF office and check whether they have received the claim or not. Details of PIO in Hyderabad are available on the EPFO website , under the "RTI Link"

Obviously, if they have not recd. the claim from your company, they cannot do much.

Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the Centre.
