Professional Activity of Software Development at Residential Area (Sector 2 - Vaishali, Ghaziabad - 201010 - U.P.)

Hi All,

I am running a software development company at rented place right now with 10-14 assistants.

I would like to shift this setup at my house (it's 3 floor house) in vaishali ghaziabad. What is the process? Also, where to submit the fees (commercial) or any other fees which is required.

More details like which section of law allow me to do this. My assumption is that it comes under professional services like Doctor, Lawyer..

It may not be covered . But file an Application under RTI Act with relevant Public Authority and get the certified copy of the policy on commercial use of residence . In my part of country it is for consultancy services only a small scale .
