    Mr. Suresh,

    I have a few days ago, first time has asked an RTI query from MCD (MC Delhi). They have taken application online, payment online and they say that Information will be sent free of cost online on download. If you want hard copies, then you can pay online for cost and Postage. I think the solution is there. Let me see how the information comes, so the scanned copies. I think it the desired step which you expect.

    In my view in the name of misusing the govt is intend to squeeze the RTI ACT. It should not be encouraged.
