I have recently retired from the army and am now interacting with the civilian environment over the past five months and find that even in our lowest form of self government like management of co-operative socities we are riddled with corruption and neopitism and we have the cheek to blame the politicians for all our ills. It has been rightly said that you get the government that you deserve. I have now to gird up my lions and prepare for another war and try and make a difference in the best possible way I can; with the assistance, guidance and help of fellow members I am sure I will be able to do justice to my mission instead fo being a Don Quioxite or a bull in a china shop. bregds, tarun      |
