Cant rickshaw drivers / BEST Bus drivers be monitored and punished for rash driving for putting other peoples lives in danger, I been Stayin in Mumbai from past 33 years, the conditions of roads have turned worst, not just that the local auto rickshaw Drivers and BEST Drivers have forgotten that the roads also are used by other drivers / bike riders, in the location of Juhu signal everyday atleast 2/3 bikers fall or skid due to bad roads and overtaking rickshaw drivers, not only that the traffic is so jammed that the possibility for even a cycle to move becomes impossible, adding to it the rickshaw drivers and BEST drivers honking and scratching other vehicles purposely to get their way out. It seems people especially the private car and bike owners are in the fear each day before leaving home to return in a good condition.
