PIO concerned-
Executive officer Town Panchayat Arumuganeri Tuticorin Dt Tamilnad
Subject - The PIO was requested to furnish information 1 about permission and approval of blue print for construction of compound wall on a house site
2 Name transfer proceedings for ancestral house properties
under RTI Following due procedures
The PIO was arrogant ,refused information.Appeal to appleate officers and their dictate to answer was disobeyed.SIC was approached finally.SIC ADMITTED APPEAL, ordered PIO for necessary action. If the pio is so ignorant to ignore sic order that he would receive the wrath of penalty and disciplinary action by concerned department
