Unanswered: Assessment under Rateable Value of premises by BMC.

Under Section 155 of Mumbai Municipal Corpn. Act a tenant is supposed to give details of rent paid to the landlord for allowing the Corpn to assess the Rateable Value of any premises. On the baisis of the rent paid the Corpn would work out the Rateable Value and ask the landlord to pay an additional amount as taxes to the Corpn.
I would like to know the formula on which such additional amount would be ascertained. Suppose the premises rented is on S.V.Road Vile Parle (W) in a registered Society and the monthly rent is Rs. 10,000; what additional amount of tax the Corpn can ask me to pay ?
