Hello to all in this forum. i have a query to ask... my building is still under construction and i havent got the possession of the flat as yet. the builder had promised it in march 2008, but till end of august, there has been delays from all aspects. every month there has been promises from the builder for completion of the project. i am staying on rent and have also been paying pre-EMI interest charges to the bank. the final payment is still due fom the bank and the EMI will start only thereafter. please help me what i should do? how can i claim for compensation?

Welcome to this portal. Your case is not pertaining to RTI, but Consumer Protection Act. U can definitely claim compensation from the builder, by filing case in District Consumer Forum.
