Welcome to this portal. The info required by you is hard to get through RTI, unless U can prove larger public interest. If mobile number is from BSNL, U can file RTI appln directly with local CPIO of BSNL. If it is from private service provider, pl file appln with CPIO,TRAI and request him to suck the required info under section 2.f of RTI Act. Address of CPIO of TRAI is as under: Central Public Information officer, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Door Sanchar Bhavan,Old Minto Road, Next to Zahir Hussain College, New Delhi 110 002. For format and guidelines, pl visit my blog at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...govt-info.html Pl do mention how larger public interest is involved in your appln, other wise it will be declined u/s 8.1.j If U try, U may get it but if U do not try, U will not get it!
