Hello all,

I took admission for Distance Learning degree from Sikkim Manipal University. Everything was suppose to be conducted from a learning center based in Pune. 1st semester was ok, then learning center manager went on changing. Every time we had problem for filling forms sending marks. For last 2 semesters I am giving fee for 1 paper & learning center has to send marks to University according to them they did send marks. But the result was fail, because they didn't follow the proper procedure, now my admission is getting over (5 years) and Learning center as always is not helping at all. University says talk to learning center. Even HOD of university is not replying to my mails.

Please suggest what can be done in this case. I have passed all papers, only project marks need to be send to university & I will get my degree.

I am thinking to file a case against them, please help.
