Please let me know whether an employee opting for VRS asking for information regarding his terminal benefits, can he be denied the information or the PSU can keep mum and not pass on the information. Please clarify

certainly not; an applicant asking for information relating to himself is on the right side of the law and information cannot be denied. please share with the members the outcome of your query.
