Information provided by Co-operative society

I had filed RTI query with the deputy registrar co-op sty

1) Photocopy of Bye Laws adopted by the Society
2) Photocopy of letter of allotments / agreements entered into between members and the builder.
3) Photocopy of all the resolutions of general body as well as managing committee with respect to parking.
4) I had asked for the information through post.

PIO passed an order asking society to provide with all the information asked by me.

Society did not respond to the PIO's order.

I filed first appeal.

Now society sent through the watchman:
1) copy of bye laws
2) one resolution passed by the general body at the time of formation of the socitety which mentions the name of all the persons (although i know that all of them have not purchased from the builder and are just parking because they are in good books with the secretary)
3) Saying that all the letter of agreements / allotments are not available with the members who have purchased the car parkings.

Firstly I did not ask for the certified copies, so how can I now ask for the society to certify the copies provided to me.

Secondly what about the non-availablity of the letter of allotments.

Thirdly should I accept the information through the watchman or should I insist on sending the info through post, or ask them to provide it to the deputy registrar and then deputy reigistrar will provide me by post.

Should I file an addendum.

I wud appreciate if the members of the forum can guide me.

Strictly speaking U should get info and papers through Dy.Registrar. However, u may accept what ever is given through watchman and then represent to PIO of Office of Dy.registrar, how the secretary has not complied with insturctions of PIO. and request him to initiate action against secretary under coop societies act. Send copy to the secretary by regd ad post, with a request to do the needful.
