approved building plan and use
i would like to seek information on kirloskar Business park, hebbal bangalore and land use.
The approved plan is for seven floors. but the seventh floor terrace is occupied as cafeteria. is this floor occupancy legal and permitted by BBMP. will this be allowed by Karnataka state and fire services.

You may file a non-RTI detailed complaint [preferably jointly with other residents of building] with Commissioner of BBMP. You can avail e-filing facility on website of BBMP, if any.Then follow up with RTI if no action is taken in a month on your complaint by referring:Sponsorer

Since in Karnataka there is restriction of 150 words for queries, you may omit some not so important queries or file 2 RTI applications
