Hi,

I have come to this portal to understand how to use the RTI act.
I want to know the current state of affairs in this society, what the Govt. of Haryana is doing to solve issues and irregularities with the society.
This society is a approximately 30 Years old Coop society in Gurgaon. I am a full paid member. There are around 3500 full paid member like me out of 9000 members.
Majority are partial paid members, defaulters and proxy members.

This society is marred by all sorts of corruption from society executives, land mafias and direction less govt department officials.
We the full paid members are waiting for years to get a plot of land after making full payment (6 - 10) years back.

We are at the mercy of fate, We need help!

Dear Friend,
I am one of those 2678 full paid members who are going through the endless wait for the plot of their own.There are only 2678 full paid members. There has been varoius cases going on in the courts , in one of such case the Hon'ble High Court directed the returning officer -cum-assistant registrar to prepare a fresh voter list without including the names of defauler members and to conduct fresh elections.This order was passed on 10-02-11. Before the registrar could prepare the list one more case has been filed in the court by some of the members of the previous management committee asking to reinstate the old management committee as thier tenure ends in march 2012. Next date in this case CWP 6581 / 2011 is 07-07-11.I hope on next date some kind of decision would be taken and the society would move forward either with the old management commitee or with the newly elected body , should there be an election.

What is the result of the court case CWP 6581 / 2011 is 07-07-11 as posted by you?

Are there still jhuggis in the area?

I have an allotment of a flat and it is registered, what is the status in that case? Can it occupied by anyone without authorisation? As I am not able to visit the area all the time, how do I keep control?

Any suggestions?
