How one can submit complaint about non compliance of Instructions in the matter of MPHB - MP BHopal .

There is a House of MPHB in Bhopal got purchased through its power of attorney holder .
In this connection there are various instruction have been issued by "Chief Estate Officer MPHB - HQr" BHOPAL , in consultation with "Chief legal Advisor" to clear the matter through power of attorney holder . it is continuously lingering with irrelevant correspondence .
Pl help in the matter how to come out .

Guptaji, Welcome to this portal having 9600+ members all over India. If the matter is being delayed unnecessarily RTI can be invoked. Pl refer my blog 'any thing pending with govt' and file rti appln. Since this is a state matter, u have to follow rti rules of MP. U may refer to rules by visiting official website of MP govt-rti icon or website of MP STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION. Rules prescribe fee, mode of payment of fee and format if any.

I tried RTI upto MP STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION .
There SIC protects SPIOs and repels applicant by any way .
There are no of orders in this way .
Resultantly SPIOs are very much dared to conceal/mislead information . Though I have also applied 8 nos appeals there .
There, one application has been snached in the office of SPIO Dy Registrar Cooperative Societies D Block Old Secretriate BHOPAL . For which I immediatetly informed available Joint Registrar and the presented in writing with copies to : Collector Bhopal , Commissioner Cooperative Societies and even police .
Lastly to the CSIC and Honorable Governor MP . But of no avail on this day .
