Have just managed to join you guys and need your guidance as to how i can be useful to the organisation as well as ask relevant questions relating to my civic problems. Being senior and alone i find people try to take advantage and not really help without wanting funds,which i am willing to give if i know it is genuine.
Request your help if possible without being a nuisance.

Welcome to RTI India. Please be active on the forum, and enrich your knowledge about RTI Act, 2005, you can then surely use it successfully to change the way you are governed.

Freedom of Information Act was introduced in USA in the year 1966, I particularly remember an episode on NDTV anchored by Pranav Roy where Narayan Murthy, Infosys commented that he found USA to be the most transparent nation.

Right to Information Act was introduced in India in the year 2005, despite difficult CIC's / SIC's and pendency of cases mounting up (there is a queue of one and half year at Mumbai, SIC), the Act has still managed to create waves and evince interest in the Act from people like you.

Thank you all for my welcome,i do want to be active at all times once i get to know how to use the info. I have read the act,but need also to know how to fill up forms and where they are available,that info.i cant seem to get from your web.site.

Trust i can be useful whenever the need arises,TRANSPERECY...is the need of the hour,but how to implement it is the issue.
