I have made an application for PF transfer to Delhi office in May 2006. They didn't transfer my PF till Dec 2007. I have made an Application under RTI. I asked for following question 1. what is status of PF transfer ? 2, with whom my PF transfer application pending and for how much time 3. what is stipulated time for processing PF transfer application 4. what is penalty for not adhering to time limit specified in question 3 5. what action PF office has taken against officer who found guilty in answer to question no 2. I received answer to question no 1 only and PF office replied me saying that answer to question no 2 is not possible and no 3 to 5 are not questions. please guide me what to do ? |

Info commissions & the PIOs have been showing dictatorship always. Lacs of citizens are fighting for this ; but to no avail yet. You are advised to continue your fight by sending complaint directly to info commision with one copy to appeal authority of PF deptt. |

CIC has been redirecting such complaints back to FAA. My humble suggestion would be to file first appeal and then file second appeal. Procedure and formats are in my blogs for first and second appeals. I think, moment U send first appeal, your problem would have been solved by that time. Some offices act on filing RTI appln, some more anti-citizen get sensitised after first appeal! Avoid asking questions and for guidance I would request you to refer my 2 blogs on PF and also ANY THING PENDING WITH GOVT?. Framing queries is most imp part of rti appln. All the best. There is pendency of nearly 8-10 months at CIC and U will be required to wait for a year for final decision of CIC.
