i had written to this group requesting to help me in getting the requested information from MEA through the
CIC, where my second petition is pending decision. I have already requested Sh. Wajahat Habibullah to take a decision of full bench, as the DRI officials might have showed a fabricated document to Mr. Kejriwal. Since the deptt. has issued me show cause notice totally based on the said document, part of which has already been accepted by the deptt. as false in the high court, it is my fundamental right to get a copy of the said document, which is a fabricated lie of certain officers conspiracy, and i can prove that within 15 days of getting a copy.
the officials are trying to evade truth, and are resorting to conspiracies in order not to allow me to enter the country on the basis of fabricated lies.[/quote]
