RC Book Lost!!!! No copies too

Hi Folks,

Recently i Lost all the copies & Orginal of RC book. The bike is registered in Chennai mandaveli office. Please guide me through in getting duplicate RC book.
I am currently residing in US, is there way i can do it online.... if not please suggest me other ways

dear sir not to go in rti act you may get duplicate rc under m v act you have the regd no of your moter cycle plese contact to r. t. o. Chennai mandaveli office and pay the fee of duplicate copy and informe to police station where you lost your paper

i owned a second hand bike and also name transfered it to my name.. i got the ref number and name transfered date through rti.. wats the further procedure to get duplicate rc book...

no chgance to get it.. he only have to come to rto office with tat bike...
