    Thanks for your reply. The dealer is billing and it is not delivered to the consumer. If your could help me on this issue i'll be greatful to you. This is a recurring problem, many of the consumers facing this issue.

    Please file an RTI Application with the PIO of Indian Oil Corporation Mumabi and seek information as under :

    Address:
    Mr V.S. Dugar, DGM(Finance)
    Maharashtra State Office
    Indian Oil Corporation Ltd
    1st & 4th Floor
    254-C, Anie Besant Road
    Worli Colony
    Mumbai, Maharashtra


    (1)Certified copy of ‘Dealership Agreement’ executed by and between Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and M/s ……………(Address of agency) for distribution of Indane LPG cylinders, including Terms & Conditions as well as Services and facilities required to be provided by the Dealer to the consumers / Customers.

    (2)Certified copy of List showing (1) Consumer No., (2) Date of Booking, (3) Date of Delivery & (4) Bill/Cash Memo number and date of all Domestic use Indane LPG Cylinders booked and delivered by M/s ……………(Address of agency), from ………….. to …………... (mention date you booked and till you did not receive the refill/or date you prefer application, whichever is earlier)

    (3)Certified copy of statement showing Date-wise quantity (in number of cylinders) of Indane domestic use LPG cylinders supplied by Indian Oil Corporation to M/s ……………(Address of agency), from ………….. to …………... (mention date 2 days before you booked refill and 2 days after receive the refill/or date you prefer application, whichever is later)

    When you receive these information, you can compare it with your consumer card (with you at your home) in which the deliver boy signs with date in token of delivery, as to whether cyliner has been delivered on date of billing. If no delivery is indicated in details supplied at sr.no.2, you can file complaitn with the General Manager of IOC in same address. Refill can be booked 20 days after delivery of previous refill.

    Regarding GAS Booking

    Hi,

    This is Sarvesh Jain.
    I live in Chennai, and i am the Customer of bharat Gas since last 4 years with Conumer No. :45260

    I have booked a Gas Cylinder with K.Ramaniah Gas Agency, 153, Arcot Road, Chennai on 16-July by SMS Booking and i have got a reply that the Gas will be delievered within 10 working days, and till now i didn't got my cylinder.
    And this is always teh problem with them, Even last time i went to Agency and took the cylinder by my own.

    Please let me know is there any way i can complaint against them. I am just got Pissed of from them.

    Please make a complaint with the Regional Office of Bharat Gas at Chennai giving details of your past booking and inordinate delay. After a reasonable time, Please file RTI Application with the PIO of that office and seek the investigation report on your complaint along with action taken.
