IT Refund

I am alo not getting refuund for the last two year. can you give suggestion how to file the application and the formalities. Iam a new member.

devarajan,

Your assessing officer (the one with whom you filed your IT return) is also the CPIO.
You can directly file a RTI application with him accompanied by a IPO of Rs. 10.00 payable to "Accounts Officer".
