Querry about issue of voter i-card

Sir,
Respectfully i want to say that i ASWINI KUMAR PATTNAYAK,S/O-Sarbeswar pattnaik,am a right ful citizen from Orissa ,as i m 22 years old,by 21Mar2011.
During the 2010 voter registration,i have given my required data to the on duty officer.But now the officer is saying that my Voter i-card has not been issued.


So therefore i request you to kindly let me know about the problem,for which i was unable to get my voter i-card.i am giving u following details of mine.
