Sub: NRI - Purchase of Plot from Tamilnadu Housing Board - Entire amount
in 1998-Non receipt of Sale Deed-Grievances-Reg.

This is to inform you that I am working as a Software Engineer in USA
for the past 12 years. I have purchased one Plot bearing No.H-15 at
Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board
in 1998. I had already paid the entire cost of Rs.1,30,675/= towards
the aforesaid plot in 1998 as per their No Due Certificate
No.R5/2129/98 dated 5-11-1999. I am very sorry to inform you that
in spite of my repeated requests, I have not received Sale Deed from
the Executive Engineer & Adn. Officer, Madurai Special Division,
Tamilnadu Housing Board, Madurai-625010 so far, although more than 11
years had passed.

we shall
1. Issue sale deeds for the plots/houses/flats within 30 days,
from date of application."


I have already sent so many e-mails to the concerned higher authorities in this
regard. To my great disappointment, I have not received even an acknowledgment
or reply so far.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the above matter and do the needful
immediately
