Sent an
RTI Application by post, ( not by email)preferably in the name and address of any body in Sivakasi / Tamil nadu.
writting application is simple.
Example:
Mr.X has paid entire cost regarding the purchase of one Plot bearing No.H-15 at
Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board
in 1998. Inspite of repeated request the sale deed for the same is not yet been given.
kindly sent the answers / document copies for the following Under
RTI act 2005.
1. provide me the document copies which contains the purchaser and owner of Plot bearing No.H-15 at Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board
2. provide me the Receipt copies for the payments towards the Plot bearing No.H-15 at Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board.
3. kindly provide me the Copy of No Due Certificate No.R5/2129/98 dated 5-11-1999
4. Please provide me the Copy of document which contains the details that within how many days after full payment, the Sale deed should be issued to the purchaser.
5. please provide me the sale deed copy of the Plot bearing No.H-15 at Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board.
6. please provide me the copy of documents showing the delivery details of the sale deed copy of the Plot bearing No.H-15 at Sivakasi Ph II from Madurai Special Division, Tamilnadu Housing Board.
7. if the sale deed of the Plot bearing No.H-15 at Sivakasi Ph II is not issued / delivered, kindly provide me the name, designation, then and present address of the OFFICIAL(S) who is responsible for not issuing / delivering sale deed in stipulated period.
8. kindly send the copies of the rules and regulations which states, what kind of departmental action taken against the official who is not providing sale deed in stipulated period.

RTI is different tool. You canot ask as why it was not provided? Thrugh
RTI. But you can get the things done by asking informations)

If any details are not available in your office, I kindly request you to take action as 6(3) of
RTI act. Here with I affixed Rs 10 court fee stamp as an application fee. In addition to this any additional fee if I have to pay, kindly inform me for how many pages, how many rupees for that, at what head I have to pay.
Address this letter to the Executive Engineer & Adn. Officer, Madurai Special Division,
Tamilnadu Housing Board, Madurai-625010.
Give the full address of sender.
Paste a ten rupees court fee stamp ( which is readly available in big stationary shops / in front of any court in TN)
Send this application in Registered post with acknowledgement card.
Preserve the lr copy and acknowledgement card.
Post your feed back here after 35/ 40 days.
